I’m feeling so tired all the time now, I have to have naps in my breaks at work and after work I would just go to sleep. When will this burnout end?

Hi all, I am a structural engineer looking to pivot to management consulting. I have a PhD in civil engineering and am a licensed PE. Currently I am not finding my profession fulfilling due to many barriers for progress. I have a strong statistics background and am looking to switch to a fast paced career in management consulting. Does anyone have any advice on the optimal way to pivot careers? Am I too late to switch? Should I get a career coach?
