OP, I appreciate the grind. You're young and you got the vigor. You mentioned discussions of "early promo".. to S1? I'll bet they saying that to keep you from leaving. Being PE acquired, promotions and raises are going to be difficult to justify in this market. The good money comes at/after manager and you'll get there.. Temper your expectations grasshopper.
You’re not going to see a 10% increase from A1 to A2. That is not a realistic expectation. You can expect a larger bonus than your peers. No one knows what the % will be yet, but the Covid years are over and the economy has shifted, so keep non-promotion year expectations in the 3-5% range.

I wouldn’t plan on the early promotion. Those have to be approved by someone not in your local office and I’d think that would be a big stretch. Not impossible, but expect the worst and hope for the best is often my approach on things like this. They may try again in December.
Depends on demand too, when i was at GT they’d early promote people just so they’d have more seniors lol most of the time they weren’t ready
