I’m having a hard time coming up with an expectation for the upcoming promotion cycle. I am an A1 with superior performance review scores (I received 5/5 on all performance review areas from my managers) and I am 115% utilized with a utilization goal of 85%. Is it reasonable to expect a 10% pay increase? Currently making $74k. There has also been discussion of early promoting me from A1 -> S1 … any idea what that pay increase would look like?
