As long as you’ve liked into and feel good about town laws for rentals and multiple tiny homes on one property you should be good. Maybe look into the surrounding land parcels to get a sense for what could be developed there in the future (meaning possible for someone to sell the next door land for someone to build a giant factory that would hurt your rentals).

I’d check with someone from town planning to make sure you’re not missing anything that would come to bite you once you seek formal development approvals.
Does zoning allow for commercial use and/ or multiple units?
No zoning where I’ll be. It is deed restricted, but states I can put 1 cabin per acre.

What’s the sewage situation? Are you on a municipal sewer? If not, you might want to consult with a septic company.

That probably covers you as long as the quote considers any restrictions that you will face on the size/volume/location of the system.
