I’m clueless about 401ks. If I go to a new job does all that money I put into my 401k transfer with me? I’ve heard both yes and no so I am confused

Folks that got a prenup. How and where did you get it? We have spoken to a couple of lawyers and it simply seems to be a back and forth they want to do to rack up billable hours/complicate the issue. I have signed a contract with the agent for paying one months rent as fee. How can i fight this or as he has been literally of zero value add?
