Sorry, don’t mean to be unkind but you’re a real estate agent. Aren’t you the one who is supposed to know that?
The seller typically pays the buyer agent’s commission to the buyer agent’s firm directly then the firm splits out their share with the buyer agent’s share. If you’re supposed to be supervised the entire time how are you going to handle an independent deal without your BIC?
Maybe you should reopen your licensing book and refresh on brokerage relationships.

You can always negotiate anything
Would have to be approved by your broker or you could negotiate no commission for lower price, or have your broker put their commission into closing costs
No commission for lower price will potentially hurt your neighborhood values with an under value closed price. Usually purchase price stays on line with market expectation and commission is just credited towards buyer in escrow.
