I’m joining Target this week. In probation period the notice period is only 15days. If I get a higher package in this time, can I use that to negotiate for a higher salary in Target?

Reason: I was clearly lowballed. My previous ctc was too low and i didn’t have a higher package. But It’s 40% lesser than glassdoor salaries for my role.

I understand this not the most ethical but with what’s happening in the market, I think this ain’t that bad.
