Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

When you work w leadership that speaks few words but bluntly and some would cry, rude i guess it boils down to perspective. I grew up w a very blunt/rude German mother so the special ed directors approach did not frazzle or phase me like it did to so many others. Actually, I appreciated her approach. For example….during pandemic, we were open when most other districts in the state and nationally were closed. Anyway, I hit my 49 credits in for my license renewal but forgot to send in my money- no license. The special ed director emailed me. Where’s your new license? HR needs a copy. Thanks! I explained my dilemma. Her response, no license no work. Go home now. Call me when your license comes in. What? Okay- I went home and after 4 days trying to connect w landing licensing board…I finally emailed the governor of our state. My license was renewed by the end of the day and emailed to me.
