I'm manual tester wants to switch to Automation testing with 1.5 YOE.
And my CTC is 3.4LPA
I need suggestions that how can I move from manual to Automation and currently I'm learning Selenium-Java.

Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE).
