After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Is it okay if somehow i clear interviews with organisations such as accenture wipro etc as I believe they are relatively easy but actual question is will i be able to do automation when i actually get into job
The correct idea is to be a better Tester, theres always a opportunity for the Real Test Engineer who actually wanted to solve the testing problem
Regarding Automation, Your coding knowledge is must, where you utilze the script to reduce efforts and speed up testing.
IF you feel, Coding is not your cap of tea then it’s completely okey, Try to be a Better Tester and good deep down in functional testing and try to achieve the white box testing level. Believe me you will get the more growth than the Automation Tester,
Above is the real need of the Market
