I’m moving to 4th grade from 2nd. What advice or tips do you have?

Do you plan to be a pharmacist for the duration of your career? Or will you shift towards something else? Do people typically stay in this lane for life? I have 2 YOE but I am wondering.

I am working as a Quality professional (medical devices) with 5 years of quality management system experience. Any idea which companies are hiring for the same now?
My expected CTC is 10 LPA.

What do you estimate to be your personal functional inflation experienced over the last year?

I know the fed says 8.6%, but that number is averaged over many products normal people don’t frequently interact with.

I’d rough estimate something closer to 25% cost of living inflation over the last year for myself.

I have been an Instructional Math Coach for the last 3 years and just got moved to ELA grade 4. I have 30 years in so I’m not green, just a bit out of practice

How are you doing small groups/intervention/centers? I want my students to have as normal an experience as possible, and as much skill practice and use as possible. I just can't figure out how to do it without a ton of worksheets.
