I’m planning to leave the company in a couple of months, and my current project is ending next week. I’d like to take some parental leave, but I’ve heard that you need to have a project lined up for your return in case of taking a leave of absence. What happens if I’m not able to get staffed ?

I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

Do you guys do two a days when traveling? I.e. AM cardio and PM lift?

A topic I'm seeing debated is in the area of finding DevOps work or staffing those roles. Should "DevOps roles" be a specialty to be hired for, or just additional responsibilities for an existing dev or engineer to take on as-needed?
