I’m prepping for a BCG Platinion live case interview and would love to get advice from anyone who’s done it or is familiar with the format. It’ll be a tech strategy case, and I had a few specific questions:
1. Is the case typically interviewer-led or interviewee-led?
2. Are there any frameworks or problem-solving approaches that work well for these tech-heavy cases (vs. generalist ones)?
3. If you had limited time to prep, what would you focus on to maximize success?
