EY fish - when you are laid off, is it immediate the day you're told or do you get a little warning?

I’ve been laid off twice in my career but I’m not mad at 11000 people who no longer have jobs just cause they got decent severance while I got a week on my way out. What are some solid daily wellness goals? 25M here - noticed myself getting quite lazy since covid. Some I thought of below:

Manager Ratings: Generally speaking, in consulting, for a long term project, if there’s a team of 6 people (1 person managing everyone, and below that person 5 different people who are associates or senior associates) is there pressure on the manager to give at least 1 of the 5 associates/senior associates a bad review? Assuming everyone performed anywhere from good to great, would a lot of managers feel it would make them look bad to let all 5 have a good review?

What are the best consulting firms in Europe to do AI strategy work in public sector? I have Canadian experience and I’m looking to move geographies.

What benefits are included in EYs frequent traveler program? How many miles or stays are required?

Suggested books or resources to learn more about strategy consulting? Different analysis, acronyms, etc.

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?
