Im seriously counting down the days until its time for me to leave this POS place I work at. I'm doing the work of 4 freaking ppl at my job with barely any help from my Supervisor & I have been getting criticized left & right about EVERYTHING I do for the past 2 weeks!! Is EVERYTHING expected to be PERFECT when I'm overseeing 40-42 ppl for 1 program, juggling multiple duties and issues in the program, in addition to calling clients, assessing, & resolving conflicts for ppl w/no training (CONTD)

How do I tell my manager that I cannot attend a meeting today so that I can attend a safe room discussion that WPP is hosting in response to current events? I also want to suggest they attend as well but i don’t wanna do “too much”

Reps, you have a client who you’ve had for less than a year. You’ve helped them secure a couple small jobs in that time span. They book a big job with an agency that isn’t a house account but certain producers and clients at that agency are noted as house accounts. The job came through a reco from one of those house account producers. Do you charge the full 25k commission, even though you didn’t really have a hand in the sale, and the client already had a strong relationship with the agency?
