I have created/published a financial dash for our partners for over a year every month, and now I have to submit a jira ticket and wait for them to publish the dashboard—even if I need to make a quick, minute update! Why in the world would that create efficiencies when someone’s entire job is going to be publishing workbooks? they’ve also added access restrictions over the last months creating delays & issues

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
