I'm so overwhelmed by this project we've been working on for absolute months on end and it's taken up so much of my extra time and I've been pushing and pushing and to be honest we just don't seem to move an inch. And it's an important one and I just feel absolutely in this nightmare Sisyphian situation. Anyone else ever have this?

Our department has had a lot of turnover within the last few months, all of which were from different reasons (school, family issues, opportunities close to home, etc.). It has been a challenge to divide the workload, while still trying to remain flexible and provide a work-life balance.
