Congrats! I’m a revenue cycle manager and managing a team can be tough. Just try to learn each persons learning style and manage them accordingly. Meeting them where they are will help them be successful. Good luck!
Congratulations! Treat your time with respect. Have break periods just to chat with & relax. Do not micromanage, it will make your workers upset. I used to run a time and I would message them once a week individually to see if they wanted to chat about anything. My people begged to come with me when I left.

The revenue cycle as you know is forever evolving delegating is very important, building trust (take time to get to know your staff), make sure you breathe it’s so important and know what your goal is for your team.
