I’m so tired of interviews that go nowhere even when everything seems to go well. The calls are good and feedback sounds positive, then weeks pass with nothing. It feels like companies want backup options instead of making decisions. Is anyone else stuck in this hell?

Our client, a Manhattan pharmaceutical digital advertising agency is looking for a VP or SVP Brand Strategy.. Needs experience working on a brand with multiple indications in the oncology space (ideally) and be actively working on approx. $7 mil. of revenue.
1st. round of interviews will be internal. Candidate will be asked to present to the agency, then meet the client. On-going work will be remote. The salary range is $165 to $210++ negotiable
