Any suggestions on how to continue helping a new employee in our dept when they do not take notes? I am always willing to help, but it is becoming frustrating to constantly go over the same thing. I have expressed that because our dept does so many things that it is good to take notes over the things we are going over. When our MGR was out of town I spent a large amount of time being patient and helping her all throughout the day. It is now taking time from the task that I need to work on.

Have you ever worked with a copywriter who reads their scripts with so much emotion and passion during client reviews that the whole room goes silent for a few seconds after? You the real MVP.

15+ people have left my company in the past 5 months (180 person startup) mostly due to low pay /poor management, but mainly low pay.
