Be yourself and keep in mind that it’s as much an interview for them as It is for you. Never feel like you have to take the job if you’re not 100% excited and on board. If you don’t get It (but they brought you in for the interview), It means you have talent, but simply were not a fit/they lost the budget/any number of reasons, really.
Let them do a lot of the talking.
If you’ve got the interview they know you’re qualified. Now it’s about whether they like you and want to work with you every day and vice versa. Focus on connecting vs. selling yourself.
Relax and talk like a person who is confident with their experience and knows their shit. If you get tripped up, don’t bullshit, admit you don’t know something but are eager to learn. Confidence is key, overconfidence is obvious.
Also agree with the above, if you let your work speak for itself and don’t oversell or talk too much, they will shift into trying to talk too much and sell you on why you should like the company. Seen it, done it, interviews are weird. Try to sit in the driver seat... without being a standoffish douche.
