He scolds me over every little thing, how I load the dishwasher, maybe I didn’t push my chair in. Last week he told me I needed to work on my appearance. I was shocked. I bought all new clothes from Ann Taylor that are perfectly acceptable for business casual. He hates me. Move on ASAP or try to stick it out ?

Hi all, I have been in my present workplace for 3 years and I know I am underpaid as per present market standards.

Want to find out how much would be a realistic quote to ask for if I switch irrespective of the present salary.

Can someone throw some light on what is the expected salary for a data/business analyst profile with 5 years experience as per market standards.

Experience: SQL, Python (basic modelling). Have some experience with BI tools and Adobe Analytics.
