In the offer letter under Performance Pay section i can see below components
Monthly Performance- 1,25,000(Annual)
Performance Bonus- 1,70,000(Annual)

Since i joined recently I know that the appraisal will come after a year, so what are the difficulties I'm going to face related to appraisal and termination or anything else ?
