How is life in FDD/ what are the most common exit opportunities?

Started in Tax 1yr ago but was pulled onto PPPConsulting project 10 months in. After PPP I can’t see myself going back to tax. I’ve become interested in healthcare and eventually want to do MHA and go into hospital leadership. Just interviewed for a FA position at large nfp hospital system but also debating shifting to D’s OT health consulting group. I’m a CPA and dk what to pick. Insights? Need to move b4 tax busy season.
