I'm three months into my Big 4 role and having a rougher time than I expected... and I knew it would be rough. The 50+ hour weeks are already taking a toll. How do you all actually make this sustainable? I'm starting to question whether I'm cut out for this.

I need advice on how to approach a raise request.

I am a software sales representative in the manufacturing space. My starting salary was $85,000 in 2015 I did not receive a raise until I asked for one three years later in 2018. The raise was 5%. I have not received a raise since the 5% raise I received in 2018. They granted me a $2000 one time bonus in 2021 when I asked for a raise. How do I request a raise and get one?
