I’m trying to understand the allure of MBB post-MBA. The exit opps can range pretty broadly, I think it highly depends on what you can make of it and how well you exit. The pay is ok for the hours worked. If you aren’t willing to go the partner route, are you trying to optimize for career flexibility or pay? What salary does the ROI not make sense for you to pursue?
