In my offer letter it is mentioned as 8 CTC and hr has said me in the call that 7.5 is fixed and remaining 50k will be paid by 25k for every 6 months.
But in the salary breakup my variable is mentioned different. Why's that?

Hi all, I got job offer from CitiusTech with 8 lpa for 6.5years experience. After I got the offer letter my current company provided me the same offer to retain me. I informed the same thing to CitiusTech. Then they provided 10 lpa and sent revised offer letter.
