She: I will process your expectations for approval. Let's see and then we can go for negotiation.
Me: ETA ?
She: Just 24 Hours, I will call you back tomorrow.
That's it! No call. Nothing.

Role: SENIOR ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
Expectation: 13.65 LPA CTC

I’ve been practicing in traditional labor for about two years now (although about a decade of labor relations experience) but I’m trying to break into employee benefits law. Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)
