My entire family does karaoke in groups before Thanksgiving dinner, and I think that's my favorite part. Even though not a one of us besides my older sister can sing lol. Happy to actually have W, Thurs, Fri off!
I'm flying out to see my family tomorrow night. I can't wait I've been so homesick lately. My grandmother is the matriarch of out family and she tells the same stories about my parents, aunts, and uncles. It's become a tradition.
I spent all weekend getting work done so that this week I can be available to my family. I can't wait to get in the kitchen and help my mom cook.
I just have to put this out there. But we have the best thanksgiving celebration in the world. Ya'll can't change my mind about that. Lol. Anyway, I can't wait to finish everything at work. I miss my family so much!
I have the rest of the week off. I am actually traveling out of town to visit the fam for a few days. I am so excited to have a few days off to eat, relax, and catch up on some quality time. It feels like I haven't been home in ages.
Yup, we're spending the entire week together just like the good old days. It's been a while since we've all been under the same roof. Not gonna lie, taking a shot together sounds like so much fun but it'll for sure be a recipe for disaster. Maybe we should try a drinking game where we take a shot for every little habit each member of the family does.
My family always makes an extra spicy dish to counteract the blandness of Thanksgiving food lol. It's weird but it works for us
Yes. I spent my weekend with my family. We always watch a movie together with lots of snacks and play some board games after.
