I'm not sure there's a big difference in how to approach the interview. It's still mostly about showing how your experience and work style match their understanding of what they need, and also developing a good rapport with the interviewers, esp your potential boss.
You'll want to understand what stage the startup is at: very early? Somewhat established?
The earlier and smaller it is, the more they probably need flexibility, ability to thrive in chaos, and willingness to grind.
It's also helpful to understand what the CEOs/founders are like. The stereotype is ultra competitive and ultra confident with high expectations, a high sense of urgency, and a hunger for new ideas.
