Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. How do I sell myself as a remote candidate to the other 4 team members I am meeting, knowing they all are located in the same city?

Hi.. I have received an offer from a consultancy stating for 3 months i will be on their payrol as infosys as client and after 3 months i will be moved to Infosys payrol with permanent wfh.
