Interview Experience – Publicis Sapient

Interview process included two rounds (technical and leadership). The interviewers were professional, and questions were relevant to the role. After completing both rounds, I was informed that the position was put on hold pending leadership approval. HR communication was polite, though timelines were not very clear. Overall, the interview experience was decent, but the final decision seems dependent on business or project approvals.

How long does it take in tcs to complete the bgv? When can i know whether it is completed successfully or not?

Any non-fiction book recommendations? I normally don’t like NF but recently read Bad Blood by John Carreyrou and loved the style/pace. Any similar recs?

My HR told me he ll give in 2 days. Yet to hear from him though after 2 days.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
