interviewed for a remote supervisor role for a med device/tech company and they did not include the salary in the posting (red flag), but I applied anyway. found out today the base salary range is 55-60K even with 10 yrs exp, exempt, overtime required with no overtime pay. no bonus plan, but, medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan with up to 6% matching. short/long-term disability, life insurance, and paid time off (PTO). i started out at this range 10 yrs ago w no exp.

I have an offer for a senior technical accountant role in HCOL. The base is about 103K. But I'm required to work on-site basically every week day. Due to this, how much more % wise do you think I can reasonably try to negotiate for? Thanks!
