Looking for advice. I currently am happy in my current position but a hospital near by is offering 30k sign on bonus (contracted for 2 years) with competitive pay and benefits. My current director is trying to get us all pay raises, but keeps getting denied. I do think something is coming though. Lets say. In case interview, when they ask you our client is a rich person who wants to open a beer company. And his only goal is to break even. During the structure should i consider only financial aspect of it? Or i should also consider demand, clients, product, etc?
