Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation
What will be in hand for below Ctc

Every client, ever.

We have two open media planner positions in Durham, NC that we’re actively interviewing for. Our client needs are heavily digital and social. That said, we don’t separate media, analytics, programmatic and adOps responsibilities, our media team is responsible for it all from ideation through optimization. We have high expectations for ourselves, but also have a great support system in place that emphasizes development at all levels. If you’re excited by this type of a role, shoot me a note. Yes, 22LPA is slightly higher for 4.5 YOE, but should not be an issue if you are skilled and could negotiate well for the salary.
Also, consider the company offering the salary. Some WITCH companies may offer too due to demand, but do care about your stay there.
Last year, I got an offer for 22 LPA at 4.5 YOE as an AEM developer.
Till 2020,YOE*3 was good, now it has moved to YOE*4 as good in consulting, YOE*5 is great.
Talented do come up with extraordinary and break this normalisation just like they do with their talent.
HRs will still try to max you at X3.
