Is everyone in ibm follows work from office policy.
Im new joinee just 2 month back my whole team is doing wfh due to that team is via aquisition of other company.
What will be the case if we dont follow wfo or just go to office after 2 days in 2 week.
If it only impact on appraisal or any other impact.
