I work there and like it for the most part. But I think your experience really depends on your network and community.
Consulting can be remote as well when you’re not traveling for clients.
Data and analytics and mostly FSI. You generally work across industry until you are more senior. They are moving to a new model though where new junior resources are not aligned to a practice or industry unless they are already specialized there.
Yeah there is a ton of data work and also doing a lot of digital.
There are a lot of moving parts right now with leadership changes and at the same time a lot of projects demanding resources. They’re in big time growth mode and I’m an advocate for a lot of the change I’m seeing. I would say it’s sink or swim in terms of new hire onboarding so it’s hard for those without a consulting background. Hopefully this will change
