Is it a red flag to have an employment gap for MBA IB recruiting? I matriculated last summer but had to take a year off starting in Oct 2024 due to an urgent medical issue, which has now been completely resolved. I left my previous job last summer to join the MBA program, so I will have a one-year gap on my resume. I am trying to find a short-term opportunity between now and this summer, but the job market is quite bad now. How bad is it to have a one-year gap? I’d appreciate any advice.

Need some advice.I’m on the backside of my career having spent 35 years in healthcare focused on the delivery of care and the insurance of it in business Felipe my for disruptive companies. I am looking to create a side huddle that could grow into a part-time gig in 5 years earning 60k where. I am not a licensed medical professional but I know the healthcare ecosystem, motives, thinking, and challenges that exist. I’m wondering how to parlay this knowledge into a side gig. Does anyone run a business in addition to their firm? I’m a solo and I’m doing pretty well with about 60-70 billable hours a month. Though that leaves a lot of downtime. Curious if anyone has any second businesses that require about 20 hours a week. Not looking for passive income or franchise ideas though.

Hello folks, I’m after some advice please. I recently bought a couple of indoor plants and added to the cart what I think is a very expensive bottle of natural mist to use on the leaves. All organic, glass bottle etc. supposed to use it 2-3 times per week but 2 weeks in I’m down to half a bottle and it was £15 (approx $20). I understand that I need to nurture the plants but it strikes me as a rather expensive mist. Is there anything you’d recommend I can use instead? Thanks.
