Heading to business school to recruit for IB, but I don’t have a background in accounting, m&a, or financial modeling. Any recommendations for trainings/courses or books to help me get up to speed?

Looking for a constructive way to view my most recent interview experience. For context, I’m a recent design graduate w/ 2.5 years of experience & looking to get into footwear design. Applied to an entry level position, made it through 4 interviews, all which went very well. The role closed bc the hiring manager left. Okay no problem. They opened the position again & asked if I was still interested. Did 3 more interviews, and just heard I didn’t get it. Not sure how to take this and grow from it

Medtronic interview process for QA Automation

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.
