Plot twist: Ivanka is Putin's daughter
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.
Anyone exited into stripe?

You draft and send your 2 week notice to HR, coach, or partner. Just like any other time. It's a job. Just do it and rip the bandaid.
They would cut you in a heartbeat if they had to. There is a proper way to leave respectfully without burning bridges and not leaving them with a mess to clean up after you. At the end of the day you have to do what is best for you!
Screw them for running these teams leaner than raw chicken. It’s gross and they deserve it.
They’re incredibly smart people and have internal metrics where they can assess and forecast retention and how lean / burned out they can run a team.

That's the best thing you can do to help your friends that remain. Best of luck in your new role.
They would happily lay you off knowing you have a family member receiving cancer treatment under your insurance. It’s not personal, it’s business. That goes both ways.
It's always busy season. Just resign and move on.
The responses here are in point. It’s a company. You’re human. See the difference?
Please do whats best for you and your career.
