Is anyone here in KPMG’s CRM Risk practice? If so do you know if they are still hiring??

Anyone have a referral to an Account Manager role or work somewhere they really like? I have lots of full cycle AE and SDR experience, and transferable skills from prior roles. 6 years in sales, 4 years in tech, 1 year in Fintech. I’m new here, anyone have a hand to lend? Advice? Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

For those with experience with Apache Superset, please tell me more. Why do you prefer it, which environment does it work best in, pros/cons, and why should I choose it over Tableau/PowerBI?

Currently a first year staff in Risk Advisory in a Mid-Tier Firm hoping to move to Big 4 for either Risk or Cyber. When would be the most appropriate time to make the change? I heard that Senior Staff in mid-tier would most likely be hired as an “Experienced Hire” in Big 4. So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?
