A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

A Deloitte recruiter told me that I will be getting 9.1 LPA + 10% variable + 80K joining bonus from Deloitte USI. Considering the fact that I am working in IBM India with a technically sound team and that I got promoted a few weeks back only, will it be a good decision to join Deloitte and leave IBM?

9.1 LPA is basically a 30% hike over my existing CTC and I am not sure if Deloitte actually gives a joining bonus and variable component.
