Do you mean to ask that the attainment of a tax LLM provides you an advantage over other applicants such that your employment is definitive?
As one attorney said here, it depends on the complete scope of your resume. Although a tax LLM could help you, it would be naive to think your prospective employment is a certainty.
Are you asking that it would hurt your application? Why would you think that?
