Is it strange to feel alienated after joining WF in the initial few days/ weeks? Also from a new joinee are the expectations set from the go itself? Ideally there should be a gradual work transition or something like a 30-60-90 path for a new employee to get accustomed to the organisation.. Looking forward to hearing some experiences/tips to gain confidence.

Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket. Everywhere online I see the cost of premium processing as 2500$ however PwC asked me to pay for 3500$. Could this include any additional charge? Does anybody have any insights? Thanks
