We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. So my learning level reached equivalent to a Technical Lead and I'm currently working as a Technical Lead serving solution for technologies like Angular, React, Ionic, Flutter, CodeIgniter, Spring Boot, MySQL, AWS, Azure and CentOS based server Management and Team Management.

Currently my earnings at this designation is about 6.6LPA. I need to know about the market value for these skills and how that can be achieved.

Thoughts on jumping to a boutique no-name consulting firm for 35% raise just before promo in second year out of undergrad? Super conflicted.
