Had an interview with company 1 and they want to move me through the final round. But a recruiter from my dream company (company 2) reached out, but not for a specific role, just what I was looking for in my next move. Should I secure an offer with company 1, and keep company 2 warm? I’d way prefer company 2>company 1, but both are still great exits. Company 2 recruiter said she’ll reach out to managers for me to get me an interview but I don’t know how to much weight to put on this.

Hi, ladies. How long has it taken you to find a new job?

I’m currently on the hunt for a new job and I’m feeling really utterly defeated. Over the past year I’ve probably applied to at least 100 jobs and I’ve been on 8 different interviews all with no offer. I’m not sure if I’m doing anything wrong or if there is more being done behind the scenes that have nothing to do with me. My HSA is making reoccurring purchases without me scheduling or authorizing anything. I made a one time purchase of a mutual fund probably a month ago and since then it’s been buying more every two weeks. Any idea why this might be? Don’t have any reoccurring purchases set up.
