than what my skillset can potentially demand?

Current CTC: 30LPA Fixed
YOE: 7.9 years

Skillset: Data Science supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms python sql tableau
Current empoyer: HSBC India

The reason I ask is because I have
peers who work with similar skillset in other
orgs and seem to make much more (~10 LPA more)
Is it that they are minting the right buck and I am
making less or they happen to be on the rare part of the compensation distribution?

Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. My aso will mention to do stuff as he's walking out, says do this this and this and by the time I process what he said he's out the door then I miss something he's like I told you to do it. If I ask questions to clarify he gets annoyed, he says read what I wrote again, how is what I said confusing, etc. Dude I just want to be fed info my first few months until I reach a critical mass level of info to run shit on my own to some degree's

Hi all I got an offer with UST, YOE 5.6, CTC provided by the company is 14.2 and 5% variable pay so fixed is 13.5 how much I can expect take home, is it less for the experience I have or fair enough. I’m from cloud background
