I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. On fixed, basic is a component of it, however when it comes to variable, like every other organization, it's based on performance and stuff. In my opinion, stress more on getting the highest fixed component and least variable.
For instance my current company gives me a CTC of 19 lpa (16 + 3), so now this 3 is virtually non existent if I do a crap of a performance but they can't deny me my 16 lpa (minus all deductions, obviously). So now I switched to another organization, they gave me about 21% hike on my current CTC, but nothing as a variable. Now at the end of the year, there's nothing like a variable, but instead of getting a few more thousands where I'd have been given a hike of 40% total, most of it would've been virtually non existent, i.e. a variable component, i will be getting more on a monthly basis.
So, in a nutshell, stress more on the fixed component, cos that's what you'll be taking with you, for sure!
