I don't know you but I want to tell you that the Job market is not bad but the Hiring Process is changed due to Ats(Application Tracking System) and due to Involvement of some Hiring Managers right from Round 1 in Hiring Process after Corona Virus Pandemic and when process is changed suddenly then what will happen and because of this there is a Significant Reduction in Recruiter's Calls so try to keep patience as much as you can and try to find Walk-In Interviews as there are very handful of as of now and changed to Virtual Interviews but try to find them and when I say patience it means that there will be situations like you face now or more worse that on a particular day the jobs for which you have applied are getting rejected and no Recruiter's calls come to your side and whatever calls you are receiving just message or call them back and ask them for other Recruiter's Contact Numbers if possible and things will change these are just disturbance caused by Changed Hiring Process.

Yes you are right switching domains is not a right option now as Involvement of some Hiring Managers right from Round 1 in Hiring Process after Corona Virus Pandemic after if your Resume is shortlisted by chance or if Ats shows mercy on you then in next step the Hiring Manager's are looking for good fit or best fit so I guess they are looking for work experience and relevant skills related to Profile so switching domains in this Changed Hiring Process is not a good strategy as of now

I understand this Changed Hiring Process is already very exhausting because there are times when you feel that what else is left to try now in job search and after trying almost everything you can why the applications are getting rejected like if Ats(Application Tracking System) is just sorting Carrots and Radishes why the Recruiter's calls are not coming as much you have expected after work experience and related skills and you also feel even after work experience and related skills why I am not a Right or Good Fit but at the end of the day you just keep your spirts high and things will change it is just this Changed Hiring Process and try to find the Walk-In Interviews very handful of them now as many converted to Virtual Interviews because at this time for Profile Shortlisting Ats(Application Tracking System) is widely used.

I don't know you but if you are passionate about switching a domain then by doing a course or a Certification and if Certification is not available then Self Learning in that Domain and after the Course or Certification you can try for that particular Domain in which you are interested but when experience thing comes in that Domain than if you have somewhat exposure in it then it is good or otherwise only with Course or Certification you have to apply for lesser work experience roles but you will gain Knowledge by doing a Course or Certification in particular domain
