Started a new job in recruitment half a year ago and I’m absolutely dreading my time thus far. My team is incredibly detached from each other and I get nitpicked for the stupidest of reasons (like why am I picking not to go to the office, even though we have a temporary full WFH policy), not to mention that my male coworkers get more praise for doing less than me. Would you pursue someone who, from time to time will say they “don’t feel like it” and then completely shuts you down? Quick run down- I’m talking to this guy (desi) and we hit it off.
