I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. I was recently approached by a big brokerage for a Client Manager position. I have imposter syndrome and don't think I am qualified because I dont know insurance coverages/mastered what a business would need for a particular industry (continued in comments..)

I try to hide it from my boyfriend, but its impact is flowing into my personal life.

Is it true that Recruiters and ECDs don’t consider creatives with Healthcare / Pharma experience when they apply for Consumer jobs? I have lots of Consumer experience (in my country) and I’m currently working in Pharma (in NYC), cause you know... I need to pay my bills. I’d like to go back to Consumer.
